Change a horse’s life. . . become a Foster!
There are many reason to become a member of the Spirit Run Foster Program:
1- You love horses!
2-You really love horses!
3-You are super in love with horses!
Actually, 1-3 really helps but there is more to it. Fostering is an excellent way to help Spirit Run keep available space for other horses in need. Also, if you are interested in having a horse in your life but not really sure about owning one full time, fostering is a good option. Fostering a horse is also a very good way to get to know a horse that you have been interested in adopting.
In order to become a member of the Spirit Run Foster program there are a few requirements. These are a few of the requirements and things to know:
First, complete the foster application and become approved.
Each foster location must have:
Accessible, adequate man made shelter.
A Clean water source
Safe fencing
All foster locations are preferred to be located within a 2 hours drive time. This is a preference, not a rule and subject to board approval.
What costs are covered? Spirit Run will cover dental , shots, wormer and pre-existing health issues. Fosters are responsible for the general expenses, such as feed, hay, farrier visits,
